Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a professional and friendly demeanor upon arrival.
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, routing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Handle front desk administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with mail distribution and courier services as needed.
- Ensure the reception area is kept tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Process incoming packages and forward them promptly to the correct recipients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front desk role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
