- Administrative Assistance: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, process packages, and handle basic data entry tasks with high accuracy.
- Scheduling: Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the company calendar to ensure smooth operations.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain the reception area and common areas, ensuring they are tidy and organized at all times.
- Customer Relations: Address client inquiries professionally and resolve issues or direct them to the appropriate department promptly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front office administrative role is preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
