Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain financial and client databases using proprietary software
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payment documentation with strict adherence to deadlines
- Manage digital filing systems and ensure document confidentiality protocols are followed
- Coordinate office communications including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting logistics
- Assist with monthly reporting by compiling and verifying data accuracy
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed during peak periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in data entry or clerical role with proven accuracy record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and 10-key typing
- Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain 98%+ data accuracy
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize competing tasks
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
- Professional demeanor with strong written and verbal communication skills
