- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex meeting logistics
- Handle confidential correspondence, including drafting emails, reports, and official communications
- Perform data entry, maintain digital filing systems, and ensure document accuracy
- Support office operations by managing inventory, ordering supplies, and vendor relations
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders with professionalism
- Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and administrative projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience (2+ years)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
