Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements for executive team
- Handle incoming communications including calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Assist in onboarding new employees and training on administrative procedures
- Support department heads with project coordination and meeting preparation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative assistant or office support experience
