Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with 99.9% accuracy across multiple platforms
- Manage and maintain confidential digital filing systems
- Coordinate daily office operations including scheduling and correspondence
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Assist in onboarding new employees with document preparation
- Generate weekly reports using Excel and CRM software
- Support department heads with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience with data entry focus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to type 60+ WPM with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
