Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including call routing, visitor greeting, and mail handling
- Perform accurate data entry for client information and daily transactions
- Coordinate office calendars and schedule meetings for executive staff
- Maintain digital filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Assist with basic office supply inventory and equipment maintenance
- Support HR department with onboarding paperwork processing
- Generate weekly reports using Excel and internal software
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficient in data entry with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
