Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate digital filing systems using Microsoft Office Suite
- Perform high-volume data entry with 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings for executive team
- Process invoices and expense reports within SLAs
- Compose professional correspondence and internal communications
- Support HR functions including onboarding documentation
- Assist with inventory management and supply ordering
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience with data entry focus
- Proficiency in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables) and Google Workspace
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Associates degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)
