Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, ensuring all messages are relayed promptly.
- Manage the front desk area, including mail distribution, package handling, and maintaining a tidy reception space.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and scheduling weekend appointments.
- Assist with light bookkeeping tasks and processing expense reports as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company security and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional receptionist or front desk experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating or fixed schedule.
