Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management
- Answer multi-line phone systems and direct inquiries to appropriate departments
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records using property management systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist with event coordination and special guest requests
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area with professional appearance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or customer service role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Louisiana driver's license (if required for errands)
