Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during night shift (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Handle guest check-ins/checkouts with efficiency and warmth
- Answer multi-line phone calls and route communications appropriately
- Monitor security systems and access control for facility safety
- Coordinate with night staff for seamless service delivery
- Process reservations and manage booking systems
- Maintain clean and organized reception area
Qualifications
- Previous front desk or reception experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with reservation software and MS Office Suite
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of security protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license preferred
