Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume weekend front desk operations with professionalism
- Coordinate guest check-ins/checkouts using property management systems
- Handle multi-line phone systems and route inquiries efficiently
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Execute weekend event coordination and VIP guest protocols
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 1+ years in hospitality/reception with weekend shift experience
- Proficiency in PMS software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional multitasking and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability: Saturdays/Sundays (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Valid AZ driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 25lbs for event setup duties
