Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during evening shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Handle guest check-ins/checkouts with efficiency and warmth
- Operate reservation systems and manage room assignments
- Respond to emergency calls and security protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
- Process payments and manage cash drawer reconciliation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with PMS systems (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during night hours
- Basic knowledge of hospitality industry standards
- Flexibility to cover rotating weekends and holidays
- Valid Kansas driver's license preferred
