- Answer multi-line phone calls and route inquiries appropriately
- Coordinate with security and maintenance teams for facility management
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Assist with emergency response protocols during off-hours
- Prepare nightly reports and manage guest requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in front desk or customer service role
- Proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
