Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations with professionalism and a warm welcome.
- Greet and direct visitors, clients, and vendors to ensure a smooth flow.
- Answer and screen incoming calls, transferring inquiries accurately.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with light administrative duties, including data entry and filing.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Qualifications
- Previous receptionist or front desk experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
