Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments efficiently.
- Greet all visitors and guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and general administrative support.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Handle light cashier duties or manage the lobby kiosk system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous receptionist or front desk experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
