Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner, managing the front desk check-in process.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate filing systems.
- Assist with light administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining office supplies.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a front desk role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Ability to multitask in a busy office setting.
