Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors with a professional demeanor and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update information into company databases, CRM systems, and spreadsheets with a focus on speed and precision.
- Phone Support: Answer incoming calls, screen them appropriately, and take detailed messages or route calls to the correct department.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage the courier service, and distribute daily correspondence.
- Event Coordination: Assist in setting up meeting rooms for weekend events and ensuring all AV equipment is functioning correctly.
- Inventory Management: Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed to ensure the weekend team is fully stocked.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Receptionist or in an administrative support role is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a recurring basis.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
