Responsibilities
- Welcoming and directing visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Managing the front desk, including answering multi-line phones, screening calls, and transferring inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail and packages with accuracy.
- Scheduling weekend appointments and managing the office calendar.
- Assisting with general administrative tasks, including filing and data entry.
- Ensuring the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Collaborating with the administrative team to ensure smooth weekend operations.
Qualifications
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
