Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations during weekend shifts, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.
- Answer and route incoming calls professionally, utilizing a multi-line phone system.
- Process check-ins and check-outs for guests with accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle mail, deliveries, and manage the reception area to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
