Responsibilities
- Provide professional, friendly, and efficient front-desk support during weekend hours.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls; take accurate messages.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming for all visitors.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings for weekend staff.
- Perform basic clerical duties, including data entry and filing.
- Assist with light administrative support tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
