Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations during weekend hours, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors and clients.
- Answer and screen incoming calls professionally, transferring inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Greet and direct guests, vendors, and employees with a high standard of customer service.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy.
- Assist with light administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common spaces.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced office setting.
