Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and visitor check-in procedures during weekend hours.
- Greet all visitors and clients professionally and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls, taking accurate messages and redirecting calls as necessary.
- Sort, distribute, and process incoming mail and packages efficiently.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
