Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and inquiries, with a focus on accuracy and professionalism.
- Coordinate and schedule weekend meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for department leadership.
- Prepare and distribute internal reports, presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems to ensure compliance and easy retrieval of records.
- Perform general office duties such as restocking supplies, processing incoming mail, and assisting visitors.
- Support ad-hoc projects and special events requiring weekend oversight.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or administrative certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Mandatory: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
