Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, clients, and vendors entering the office.
- Phone Management: Answer, screen, and route incoming calls efficiently, ensuring no important messages are missed.
- Lobby Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
- Mail and Packages: Sort, distribute, and log incoming mail and packages accurately.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks as needed to support office operations.
- Access Control: Monitor visitor badges and manage door access logs for security purposes.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with delivery services and vendors ensuring smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front desk role is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
- Reliability: Punctual, professional, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Attitude: A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
