Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a professional and friendly manner, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails in a timely and courteous fashion.
- Manage the front desk area, including maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception space.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- Ensure the lobby and common areas are presentable and welcoming at all times.
- Operate office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Associate, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Prior experience in the Atlanta area is a plus.
