Responsibilities
- Provide professional, warm greetings to all visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or staff members.
- Answer, screen, and professionally transfer incoming phone calls to ensure no inquiry is lost.
- Manage the front desk logbook and efficiently distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Assist with essential administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and basic scheduling.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure all facilities are prepared for weekend use.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area at all times.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and delivery personnel.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front office support role is preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekend shifts.
