Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor, ensuring they are checked in and directed to the appropriate person or area.
- Phone Support: Answer incoming calls professionally, screen and route them to the correct department, and take accurate messages.
- Mail & Administrative Support: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages; handle general office errands as needed.
- Appointment Coordination: Manage the front desk calendar, schedule appointments, and send confirmations to clients.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, lobby, and common spaces.
- Data Entry: Perform light data entry tasks and update client information in the company database.
- Vendor Relations: Interact with delivery personnel and service vendors in a polite and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front office role is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work alternating weekends (e.g., Saturdays and/or Sundays).
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Appearance: Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
