Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors professionally, answer multi-line phone systems, and direct calls to appropriate departments.
- Data Entry: Accurately input customer information, sales data, and inventory details into our CRM and Excel spreadsheets with a focus on speed and precision.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
- Communication: Draft and send professional emails and correspondence on behalf of the management team.
- Inventory Support: Assist in tracking office supplies and inventory levels, placing orders as needed.
- Administrative Support: Schedule meetings and manage the company calendar for senior staff.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency is required; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) is a plus.
- Typing: Must possess a typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
