Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all visitors and callers.
- Answer, screen, and redirect incoming phone calls with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar using digital tools.
- Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Greet and direct employees and guests with exceptional customer service standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Associate preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
