Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with 99% accuracy and maintain updated digital and physical records.
- Manage daily schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle calendar management for executives.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll documents with strict attention to detail.
- Answer incoming calls and route inquiries professionally to the appropriate department.
- Prepare and distribute weekly reports and internal memos to staff.
- Assist with local office logistics, including filing, inventory management, and mail sorting.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support, data entry, or office management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
