Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) with professionalism and efficiency
- Answer and direct incoming calls, take accurate messages, and manage email communications
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors with exceptional customer service
- Maintain reception area cleanliness, manage office supplies inventory, and coordinate deliveries
- Support administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, and document management
- Coordinate with security team for building access and visitor protocols
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of receptionist or front desk experience in a professional setting
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and office equipment
