Responsibilities
- Provide professional, friendly, and efficient front desk support during weekend hours.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails promptly.
- Greet and assist visitors, directing them to the correct personnel.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it remains tidy and welcoming.
- Perform basic data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and package deliveries.
- Assist with scheduling and calendar management as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an office support role is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
