Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors warmly and answering multi-line phones professionally.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks into our CRM and spreadsheet software with 100% accuracy.
- Sort, scan, and distribute incoming mail and manage office supply inventory.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for weekend staff.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, filing, and document preparation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in an administrative support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) with strong data entry skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
