Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a professional reception area.
- Manage incoming calls on a multi-line system and route messages accurately.
- Perform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and speed.
- Organize, maintain, and update both physical and digital filing systems.
- Assist with light administrative tasks, mail sorting, and mailings.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Support the weekend team with various ad-hoc administrative duties.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in an administrative support role.
- Proficient in data entry with a typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
