Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering incoming calls with a professional demeanor.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with 99% accuracy, updating customer records and internal databases.
- Sort and distribute mail, process packages, and manage office supplies inventory.
- Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly reports and filing documents.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or data entry role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Outlook.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (40+ WPM).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
