We are seeking a dedicated Night Shift Administrative Assistant to join our growing operations team in Minneapolis. Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and voicemails during night hours and forward urgent matters.
- Perform high-volume data entry, file maintenance, and document processing with 100% accuracy.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for the executive team and internal departments.
- Prepare and distribute reports, invoices, and operational summaries.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure the workspace is organized and secure.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and process new employee onboarding materials.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong typing speed and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
