Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Manage the front desk, welcoming visitors with a professional demeanor and directing them appropriately.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update client and employee information into our database systems with high attention to detail.
- Phone Support: Answer incoming calls, screen inquiries, and take messages for staff members.
- Administrative Support: Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing physical and digital documents.
- Mail Management: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Receptionist or in an administrative support role is preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
