Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including call screening, appointment scheduling, and visitor management
- Handle confidential correspondence and administrative tasks with discretion
- Coordinate office logistics including mail processing, supply inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Provide exceptional client support through in-person, phone, and email communications
- Assist with event coordination and meeting room preparations for weekend activities
- Maintain security protocols including visitor badge issuance and access control

Qualifications
