Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, guests, and employees, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Phone Management: Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, screen calls, and route inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage couriers, and assist with data entry and filing tasks.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings, manage conference room bookings, and prepare necessary materials for internal and external events.
- Office Operations: Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy, organized, and fully equipped with supplies.
- Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed for office maintenance and supplies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred; weekend experience is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) consistently.
- Professionalism: High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
