Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Answer and professionally direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the front desk, including mail sorting, package handling, and general correspondence.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing reports.
- Coordinate weekend appointments and maintain an organized calendar.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and inviting for all visitors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
