Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet all visitors, residents, and vendors with a warm and professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Phone Support: Answer multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and route messages to the appropriate staff members efficiently.
- Mail & Package Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages for tenants and staff.
- Administrative Support: Assist with light data entry, filing, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Access Control: Monitor visitor logs and manage key card access for authorized personnel.
- Event Coordination: Assist in setting up for weekend community events or meetings as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk assistant is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable, especially for weekend shifts.
- Professionalism: Ability to represent the company brand with a polished and welcoming attitude.
