Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering calls, and directing inquiries
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure conference areas are maintained
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and package deliveries
- Perform light administrative duties such as data entry and filing
- Assist with office supply inventory and procurement
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area at all times
- Support other departments as needed during peak weekend hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
