Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call routing and message-taking
- Greet and screen visitors with exceptional customer service etiquette
- Coordinate office logistics including mail handling, supply inventory, and scheduling
- Maintain secure visitor access control and building security protocols
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry and document preparation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or front desk experience required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
