- Compose and distribute professional correspondence on behalf of leadership
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for domestic and international trips
- Maintain confidential records and ensure compliance with data protection protocols
- Oversee office inventory management and vendor relationship coordination
- Support onboarding processes for new team members
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience in corporate settings
