Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including call routing, mail handling, and visitor greeting
- Coordinate multi-location meeting room reservations and calendar management
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and issue building access credentials
- Support administrative tasks including document scanning, filing, and basic data entry
- Assist with office supply inventory and vendor coordination
- Handle confidential client information with strict adherence to privacy protocols
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional receptionist or customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
