Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including answering phones and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Perform data entry tasks, update client databases, and maintain accurate digital records.
- Handle general office administrative duties, such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
- Assist with basic inventory management and supply ordering for the weekend staff.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment for weekend visitors.
- Process payroll submissions and time-tracking for weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in an office administration or support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
