Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, greeting visitors with a professional and welcoming attitude.
- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on accuracy and speed to maintain digital records.
- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls efficiently to ensure no leads are missed.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the executive calendar.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to relevant departments.
- Update and maintain internal databases and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) with advanced Excel skills a plus.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 35 WPM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
