Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and emails, providing professional and courteous customer service.
- Perform essential administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common office spaces.
- Assist in preparing weekly reports and maintaining digital records with accuracy.
- Handle basic banking and cash handling procedures as required.
- Support weekend administrative operations and special projects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) consistently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
