As a Weekend Office Assistant, you will be the face of our operations during our off-peak hours, ensuring that our team runs efficiently and our guests are welcomed warmly. We are looking for a proactive individual who takes pride in their work and can handle multiple tasks with ease.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and emails professionally, routing messages to the appropriate department.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking office supplies and placing orders.
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Prepare reports and documents as needed using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Support administrative staff with general clerical duties and special projects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in an office setting or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
